Shipping Policy

At Esencia Hogares, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our fulfillment partners.

1. Order Fulfillment

All orders placed on https://esenciahogares.com are processed and fulfilled through our trusted logistics partner Zendrop, which manages product handling, packaging, and delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and destination.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship primarily to:

  • Spain (Peninsula)

  • Balearic Islands

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (special conditions may apply)

  • Countries within the European Union

We may expand shipping destinations in the future.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand such as sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 3–7 business days

  • Balearic Islands: 4–8 business days

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 6–12 business days

  • European Union: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on logistics providers, customs processing, or other external factors.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on product weight, destination, and logistics fees provided by our fulfillment partner Zendrop.

At checkout, customers may see one of the following options:

  • Free shipping included in the product price

  • Calculated shipping displayed during checkout

  • Promotional free shipping offers on selected products or order values

All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if provided by the shipping carrier).

Tracking allows customers to monitor the delivery progress of their order.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Additional reshipping costs may apply.

  • Esencia Hogares is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A description of the issue

This helps us resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

9. Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside Spain or within certain EU territories, customs procedures may apply.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will assist customers in resolving any shipping issues.
